Plexnovalex Systems

We Design Spaces That Breathe

Started in 2019, Plexnovalex Systems came from a simple realization—buildings here weren't talking to the plants inside them. Corporate lobbies felt sterile. Retail spaces lacked warmth. Residential areas missed the mark on bringing nature indoors in ways that actually worked.

Our founder, Rashad, spent years watching interior designers and architects struggle with greenery. Plants would arrive, look decent for a month, then slowly decline because nobody considered light angles, humidity patterns, or the reality that someone had to care for them.

We approach flower and plant design differently. Every project starts with the space itself—how people move through it, where natural light actually hits throughout the day, what maintenance realistically looks like for the client. Then we design around those truths.

Design Around Life

We won't sell you a stunning arrangement that dies in three weeks. Our designs account for actual conditions—your building's airflow, seasonal light changes, your team's capacity to water things. Beauty matters, but only if it lasts beyond the installation photos.

Honest Assessments

Sometimes a space just won't support what a client envisions. Maybe the HVAC system runs too dry. Maybe there's no natural light source that works. We'd rather tell you upfront than take money for something that won't thrive. That conversation builds trust for the next project.

Local Context Matters

Sumqayit's climate presents specific challenges—dust from industrial areas, salty air from the Caspian, temperature swings between seasons. We source plants that handle these conditions and design maintenance schedules around local realities, not textbook ideals.

Who Actually Does This Work

Our team combines horticulture knowledge with spatial design experience. We're not just arranging flowers—we're creating living systems that function within built environments.

Telman Ibrahimov, Lead Design Consultant at Plexnovalex Systems

Telman Ibrahimov

Lead Design Consultant

Telman joined us in 2021 after working in landscape architecture. He got tired of outdoor projects where clients would ignore maintenance recommendations, then blame the design when things didn't flourish.

What makes him valuable here is his refusal to oversimplify. When a retail client wanted dramatic vertical gardens throughout their space, Telman spent two days mapping light exposure and foot traffic patterns. His final recommendation used vertical elements strategically in three zones, not everywhere—which actually created more impact than the original concept would have.

He's particularly good at working with facility managers. Instead of handing off care instructions and disappearing, he trains their teams on what to actually watch for. That follow-through is why our installations maintain their appearance years later.
