Interior Flower Design That Fits Your Space
We don't believe in cookie-cutter arrangements. Every commercial space has different lighting, different foot traffic, and honestly, different personalities. Our work starts with understanding what makes your environment tick before we even think about which flowers might work.
Space Assessment First
We spend time in your actual space. Not just measurements—we watch how natural light moves through the day, where people tend to gather, what the temperature feels like. This shapes everything about what we recommend.
Maintenance Reality Check
Some clients want to be hands-on with plant care. Others need something that survives benign neglect. We design around your actual capacity to maintain things, not some idealized version of office life.
How We Actually Work With Clients
This changes based on what you need, but here's the general framework we follow when starting fresh with a commercial space.
Initial Walkthrough
We visit your location and take notes on everything from ceiling height to existing decor. This usually takes about an hour, and we encourage you to point out problem areas or spots you're particularly excited about.
Design Proposal
Within a week, we send over a detailed plan with photos of suggested arrangements and actual plant varieties. We include maintenance requirements and expected seasonal changes, because nobody likes unpleasant surprises.
Installation & Adjustments
We install everything and then come back after two weeks to see how it's settling in. Sometimes things need tweaking—a plant gets more sun than we expected, or the colors feel different once furniture is moved.
Recent Project Examples
Here are a couple of installations we completed in early 2025 that show different approaches based on client needs and space characteristics.
Corporate Lobby Transformation
This client needed something impressive for a reception area that gets minimal natural light. We used a combination of shade-tolerant species with varied textures and implemented rotating planters so nothing stays in the darkest corners permanently.
The maintenance schedule involves a weekly rotation and biweekly deep watering. Their facilities team handles day-to-day monitoring, and we come in monthly for pruning and fertilization.
- Low-light tolerant plant selection with backup rotation system
- Custom irrigation setup that accounts for HVAC airflow patterns
- Seasonal accent changes using potted flowering varieties
"They actually listened when I said our team doesn't have time for complicated plant care. The rotating system means nothing ever looks wilted, and the monthly check-ins have been worth every bit."
Restaurant Dining Area Refresh
This restaurant wanted something that felt lush without overwhelming the dining experience. We focused on elevated arrangements that draw the eye upward and away from table level, using plants with interesting foliage rather than heavily scented flowers.
Because restaurant environments can be tough on plants—temperature swings, cooking fumes, variable humidity—we selected particularly resilient varieties and built in buffer space for occasional replacements.
- Hanging installations that maximize visual impact with minimal floor space
- Non-fragrant varieties that don't compete with food aromas
- Quick-swap pot design for replacing struggling plants between service hours
"We tried handling plants ourselves before this. It was a disaster. Having someone who understands restaurant conditions specifically has made a huge difference—plus the arrangements look better than anything we cobbled together."
